Amazon Connect Integration with Realtime from Recursive Labs

Earlier this year, Amazon Web Services (AWS) announced Amazon Connect, an easy-to-use, cloud-based contact center service. Amazon Connect allows businesses to deliver better customer service at a lower cost.
